Abstract
This study examines how employee advocacy programs can strengthen brand reputation and support business growth. Based on survey data from 200 employees, it evaluates the impact of leadership support, privacy assurance, ethical clarity, and incentives on employee participation. Using descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and ANOVA, the study finds that leadership support and incentives significantly improve participation, while privacy and ethical clarity build employee trust. The findings highlight that effective communication, ethical practices, and suitable rewards are essential for successful and sustainable employee advocacy programs.
