Paper Submission Guidelines
Format
All submissions must be in English and should follow the ICONFEST conference template format. Papers should be submitted in Word Document files. The maximum page length is 6 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
Originality
Submitted papers must be original work that has not been previously published or under review in any other conference or journal. Plagiarism in any form will lead to rejection.
Blind Review
ICONFEST 2025 follows a double-blind review process. Authors should not include their names and affiliations in the paper. Self-references that reveal the author's identity must be avoided.
Submission System
All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT conference submission system at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICONFEST2025. Please follow the submission guidelines carefully when submitting your paper.
