Important Instructions for Students

  • 1. Enter your College Unique Id & roll no as user id & password respectively for Log in.
  • 2. Upload your recent photo, file size should be within 50kb.
  • 3. Fill in your Address, Phone number and email id correctly in the specified places.
  • 4. Check your Name, Degree Stream, Semester, Subject Code and Subject Name as it appears on the page.
  • 5. Check for Fees Due if any.
  • 6. In case you have any fees due you must contact with Accounts Department.
  • 7. In case your attendance is below the requisite percentage you must Contact your HOD immediately.
  • 8. If your Fees and Attendance are clear, click on Pay Exam Fees button for online exam fees payment.
  • 9. After clearance of Examination fees student can take print out of Examination Form & Money Receipt.
  • 10. Deposit the form in your Department along with money receipt. (For 1st year B Tech students submit the forms in the Department as specified).
  • 11. After submission of examination form student can generate online ADMIT CARD.
  • 12. In Order to Save the Document in PDF format by Click on Print Button and select the save option.
  • 13. Check the Data in the Final Print out of the Form & also in ADMIT CARD.
  • 14. In case of payment failure, if amount get debited from bank, contact accounts department along with SMS or valid document. Do not pay twice.
